Experience on how to expose THE ART OF JEWELRY PHOTOGRAPHY. Intensive workshop led by Roy Zablan

ROY LESTER VENTURA ZABLAN, born and raised in Tarlac, Philippines.  Product Photographer and graphic designer by day and a constant traveler in between.

 

Roy is a self - thought photographer who started his journey last 2011 and initially fell in love with Nikon D3100. While studying, he covers client events then eventually took Nikon D90 and engage his self to fashion and portraits which landed him to work in a Photography studio in Nigeria. Fast forward to Middle East, he is now a Jewelry Photographer and Graphic Designer to one of the biggest jewelry brands here in the UAE.

 

 “UNWRAP” exposing the art of jewelry photography basics and beyond workshop will be led by Roy. Here he will discuss the know-how of jewelry photography for freshers, on the spot shooting experience and sharing of techniques and a quick run through on how to post process the images.

 

What to expect:

• Camera settings
• Focus Stacking
• Difference between Strobe and Continuous light
• Post processing
• Techniques in shadows and reflection
• Usage of Macro lenses

 

What to bring:

• Nikon Camera (FX or DX)
• Macro lens (if possible)
• Tripod
• Extension tubes (optional)
• Reverse ring (optional)
• Intervalometer or remote
